This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been informed of the potential for such damages.
You also agree that any disputes or claims related to your use of our services will be settled through binding arbitration, and you forfeit your right to initiate legal proceedings in a court of law. Additionally, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits against us.

Sales are Final: All sales are final. This includes any and all deposits towards a service made. We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products and services. Parts Warranty: All parts used or installed by Precision Vinyl Works do not come with a warranty or coverage. This includes defects, damage, peeling, glue lines, discoloration, contamination, etc. We act solely as installers and will collaborate with manufacturers and customers to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer-Provided Material: If customers provide their own material or parts, Precision Vinyl Works will make every effort to install them accurately. Customers will be responsible for any missing parts and may incur a storage fee if a project is paused due to missing components. Additionally, a minimum fee will be charged if a job is accepted but cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Damage Disclaimer: Precision Vinyl Works is not liable for any vehicle damage or defects, including but not limited to dents, scratches, paint defects, tears, etc. Refunds are not offered for any services rendered, and all sales are final. Customers are encouraged to address any concerns with their sales representative before leaving with their vehicle.

Test Drive Acknowledgment: Although very rare, In some cases, a vehicle test drive may be necessary to ensure quality workmanship. By dropping off your vehicle, you acknowledge that Precision Vinyl Works may drive your vehicle into the garage or up to 10 miles for testing purposes. Precision Vinyl Works is not liable for any issues or damage incurred before, during, or after test drives.
