Legal Responsibility: Customers are responsible for researching the legality of vehicle modifications to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Precision Vinyl Works LLC performs all work with the intent of show/off-road use only and does not accept responsibility for on-road vehicle modifications.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Precision Vinyl Works , along with its affiliates, officers, and employees, shall not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been informed of the potential for such damages.

You also agree that any disputes or claims related to your use of our services will be settled through binding arbitration, and you forfeit your right to initiate legal proceedings in a court of law. Additionally, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits against us.

Appointment Policy: Precision Vinyl Works operates on an appointment-only basis. While we welcome customers and their vehicles to visit our facility at 2068 W Main St, Unit D, Norristown PA 19403, we kindly request that customers inform us prior to their visit to ensure dedicated attention and assistance with inquiries, concerns, and appointment scheduling.

Sales are Final: All sales are final. This includes any and all deposits towards a service made. We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products and services. However, once a purchase is made, it is considered complete and non-refundable. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review their selections before finalizing their purchase. We are committed to providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. However, to ensure we can offer the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee. This fee covers the cost of the reserved appointment slot and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
• We encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Parts Warranty: All parts used or installed by Precision Vinyl Works do not come with a warranty or coverage. This includes defects, damage, peeling, glue lines, discoloration, contamination, etc. We act solely as installers and will collaborate with manufacturers and customers to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer-Provided Material: If customers provide their own material or parts, Precision Vinyl Works will make every effort to install them accurately. Customers will be responsible for any missing parts and may incur a storage fee if a project is paused due to missing components. Additionally, a minimum fee will be charged if a job is accepted but cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle Damage Disclaimer: Precision Vinyl Works is not liable for any vehicle damage or defects, including but not limited to dents, scratches, paint defects, tears, etc. Refunds are not offered for any services rendered, and all sales are final. Customers are encouraged to address any concerns with their sales representative before leaving with their vehicle.

We take great care in applying and removing vinyl wraps from vehicles. However, it is important to understand the following terms regarding vinyl application and removal:

• Peeling and Lifting: While we use high-quality materials and techniques, vinyl wraps may peel or lift under certain conditions. This can be due to factors such as exposure to extreme weather, improper care, or the condition of the vehicle’s surface.
• Paint Condition: We are not liable for the condition of the paint underneath the vinyl wrap. Vinyl application may highlight existing imperfections or cause additional wear on already damaged or weak surfaces.
• Vinyl Removal: During the vinyl removal process, there is a possibility that paint may be pulled from the vehicle. We take every precaution to minimize this risk, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the paint during vinyl removal.

By choosing our vinyl services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. It is recommended that you consult with a professional to assess the condition of your vehicle’s paint before proceeding with vinyl application or removal.

Test Drive Acknowledgment: Although very rare, In some cases, a vehicle test drive may be necessary to ensure quality workmanship. By dropping off your vehicle, you acknowledge that Precision Vinyl Works may drive your vehicle into the garage or up to 10 miles for testing purposes. Precision Vinyl Works is not liable for any issues or damage incurred before, during, or after test drives.
